تقاطع مصرف مسکن و بروز نارسایی قلبی

محققان در پژوهش تازه خود به تقاطع بین مصرف آنتی بیوتیک های ضدالتهابی غیراستروئیدی و خطر بروز نارسایی قلبی پی بردند.

به نقل از مهر، 2 جراح قلب از کشور دانمارک با مطالعه در سرزمین آلمان هلند و بریتانیا

فهمیدن مصرف مسکنرهای ضدالتهابی غیراستروئیدی NSAID با ابتلابه نارسایی قلبی مرتبط میباشد.

محققان ۹۲,۱۶۳ بیمار مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی که در بیمارستان بستری شده بودند را شناسایی کرده و سپس مصرف مُسکن و میزان دوز مصرفی را در آنها بررسی کردند.

محققان دریافتند مصرف هرنوع NSAID در دو هفته گذشته موجب افزایش ۱۹ درصدی ریسک بستری شدن در بیمارستان به دلیل نارسایی قلبی می شود.

داروهای مورد مطالعه شامل دیکلوفناک، ایبوپروفن، ایندومتاسین، کتورولاک، ناپروکسن، نیمسولید، پیروکسیکام، اتوریکوکسیب، و روفکوکسیب بودند.

البته از آنجایی که این تحقیق بر روی افراد مسن و دارای سلامت ضعیف انجام شده بود، متخصصان می‌گویند که یافته‌های این پژوهش ارتباط کمی با اکثر افراد زیر ۶۵ سال داشته باشد.
